Return and Exchange Policy – Zodny Store
At Zodny Store, we prioritize the satisfaction of our valued customers and are committed to implementing our Return and Exchange Policy in accordance with the e-commerce regulations approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while taking into account the nature of women’s prayer garments.
1. Return Policy
Customers are entitled to request a return under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The prayer garment is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging and all product accessories are intact.
- The purchase invoice or order number is attached.
Returns are not accepted if:
- The product has been used or washed.
- The product tag has been removed.
- There is damage resulting from misuse.
2. Exchange Policy
Customers are entitled to request an exchange under the following conditions:
- The product received is a different color or model than ordered.
- There is a clear manufacturing defect in the prayer garment.
Exchange Conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
Due to personal hygiene considerations and the nature of the product:
- Women’s prayer garments cannot be returned or exchanged after use or washing.
- Discounted products or items in special offers are excluded from the return or exchange policy unless there is a manufacturing defect
